  • If a re-service is required, we will schedule it at no additional cost to you.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.

4. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
  • Changes made to the service by another service provider after our completion.
